Mint Julep
Ingredients

5 oz. sparkling cider
Splash of grenadine
Splash of lime juice
Directions: Fill flute glass with cider and add grenadine and lime juice. Garnish with maraschino cherry
Fruity "Float"
1 (8 ounce) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained
1/2 cup mashed fresh strawberries
1 quart vanilla ice cream, divided
1 quart strawberry soda, chilled and divided
Directions: Combine pineapple, strawberries, 1 cup of strawberry soda and 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream in blender and blend until smooth. Divide mixture between 6 glasses. Add 1 scoop of ice cream and 1/2 cup strawberry soda to each glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
Georgia Summer
1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
2 cups cold milk
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons honey
Fresh peach slices or mint, if desired
Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh peach slice or mint and serve immediately. Makes 2-3 servings, depending on glass size.
Strawberry Lemonade
1/2 cup lemonade
1/2 cup strawberries
Crushed Ice
Directions: Add lemonade, strawberries, and 5 ice cubes to blender. Blend until slushy. Add more ice if needed.
Place a sugared strawberry on the rim of the glass. Add a little umbrella.
Serve: Margarita glass.
Fuzzy Navel
1/2 cup orange juice (fresh is best!)
1/2 cup peach nectar
Ice
Directions: Pour the peach nectar and orange juice over ice. Stir until mixed. Put a single mint sprig in the glass. Put an orange wedge on the rim of the glass.
Serve: Highball glass
Chocolate Martini
1/2 cup milk
3 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
Crushed Ice
Directions: Place milk, chocolate syrup, and crushed ice in blender. Blend until icy and slushy. Add ice as needed. Coat the glass rims with cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles. Top with a chocolate covered cherry.
Glass: Martini glass
Mojitos
2 teaspoons sugar
4 mint sprigs
3 Tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1/2 cup club soda
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions: Add mint, lime juice, and sugar to the bottom of glass. Crush with muddler. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Serve: Collins glass.
Blue Curacao Mocktail
1/2 cup Blue Curacao
1 cup (chilled) Pineapple juice
1 tbsp Sweet Lime Juice
1/2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 pinch Salt
3/4 cup Club Soda
Few Ice Cubes
2 Pineapple slices
2 Cherries
Directions: Mix all the above except pineapple slice & cherry in a Martini shaker and give it a good shakes. Pour in a martini glass serve with pineapple slice and cherry.
Jamaica Blue Mocktail Au Natural Close
1 oz Blueberry Syrup
1 oz Half and Half
1 scoop crushed ice
3 oz club soda
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Yield: one 8-ounce serving
Ingredients
- 1 lb granulated sugar
- 6 cups water
- 1 1/4 ounces lime juice concentrate
- 8 1/2 ounces lemonade concentrate
- 3/4 cup creme de menthe syrup (available at liquor stores. Do not confuse it with creme de menthe liqueur)
- Combine the sugar and water in a 3 quart saucepan. Stir the contents until the sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in lime and lemonade concentrate next. Continue stirring and bring to boil just below the boiling point (210 degrees.) DO NOT BOIL!
- Remove pan from heat and chill. Once chilled, add a ratio of 1 part syrup to 5 parts chilled water.
Cape Codder
- Fill a glass with ice
- Pour in lemon-lime sodauntil the glass is ¾ full.
- Top off with cranberry juice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and put cranberries in the glass and enjoy

- 2 cups superfine sugar
- Blueberries, picked over, for serving

- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 3 tablespoons instant-coffee frappe; mix (such as Nescafe; Classic;
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- White cotton candy, for topping
